Non-Personalized Jewelry Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. To return a product, it must be unused, with tags, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that buyer is responsible for paying any return shipping charges.
Please contact us if there is an issue with your order and we can provide you with our return address. Do not return your item to the manufacturer address.
Personalized Jewelry Return Policy
Unfortunately, our jewelry is personalized and very unique to each customer so all sales are final. If the jewelry is damaged we will gladly accept the return within 30 days. Contact us at support@petjewel.co and we will get you taken care of.
Cancellation Policy
The creation process starts 48 hours after you purchase as we are working to deliver your order ASAP, so please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel your order. Unfortunately if our crafting team has started working on your order, it can not be cancelled.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
